I worked for some years as an external consultant at leading companies listed on the Italian market, acquiring knowledge in the field of financial statement preparation according to international accounting standards and consolidated financial statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><strong>Professional experience<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining LTA, I worked as a consultant in an important firm in Milan, where I dealt with national and international corporate and tax consultancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><strong>Associations, seminars, media, and other activities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I am an Ordinary Academic member of the Academy of Accountancy Foundation, which has the aim, in compliance with current legislation, to coordinate research, study, and dissemination of the culture of legal-economic-accounting matters and, in particular, of accountancy.<br>I am also a member of the \u2018ESG\u2019 Commission and of the \u2018Direct and indirect taxes\u2019 Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.
