Churchill<\/mark><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been an associate of LTA since 2021 and part of the Studio since 2016.<br>I mainly deal with consultancy and assistance in the tax, corporate, and administrative fields, both of an ordinary and extraordinary nature, mainly for international groups.<br>I have gained experience in the field of transnational acquisitions and in the field of finance reporting. <br>I hold the role of statutory auditor in important multinational corporations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><strong>Professional experience<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining LTA I worked abroad in Asia (Shanghai and Singapore) for Italian consultancy firms, developing skills in international taxation, and I collaborated for a professional studio in Milan dealing with corporate and tax consultancy in the credit sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><strong>Associations, seminars, media, and other activities<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizer of the TEDxDarsena, Milan.<br>Member of the <em>Young Women Network<\/em>, Milan, a program for the networking, mentoring, and empowerment of young women. <br>I love photography and traveling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><strong>Education<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Degree in Economics and Corporate Law at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan (2013). <br>Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.
