Founding partner of Studio LTA and founding partner and president of the US subsidiary LTA US ADVISORS.
I mainly carry out consultancy and assistance in the field of international taxation and in the processes of internationalization of companies, with particular regard to the North American market.
Within the Studio, I deal with the specific issues of corporate social responsibility, environmental and social sustainability, governance, and compliance aspects.
For the Studio, I follow the synergistic integration with the labor consulting firm, which has recently joined the LTA network, with particular regard to the aspects of work-life balance. Member of various boards of statutory auditors and external auditor of joint-stock companies and non-profit organizations, also with pro-bono assignments.

Professional experience

Before founding LTA in 2010, I gained significant experience in other Milanese professional firms, starting in 1991.

Associations, seminars, media, and other activities

I actively participate in the life of the entrepreneurial association Compagnia delle Opere and I carry out voluntary work at other entities such as the Food Bank and the Meeting for friendship among the peoples of Rimini.
I’m a mountain enthusiast and practice ski mountaineering, trekking, climbing and via ferratas, but above all I’m a marathon runner with a personal best of 3h 15’ achieved at the Lago Maggiore Marathon in 2019. I ran other marathons in Milan, New York, Boston, Chicago, London, Berlin, Dubai, St. Petersburg.

Education

Degree in Economics and Commerce obtained in 1991 at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan.
