I have been an associate of LTA since 2021 and a member of the Studio since 2017.
I provide tax, accounting, and corporate consultancy, corporate valuations and restructuring in favor of Italian SMEs, international companies, and professionals.
I mainly deal with ordinary and extraordinary corporate taxation, giving support to the client in the management and preparation of tax obligations, taking care of relations with the financial administration and preparing informal reports. I also support individuals and legal entities in accessing tax bonuses and tax credits, with a focus on preparatory activities such as documentary due diligence.

Professional experience

Before joining LTA, I worked as a consultant in a prestigious law firm in Monza, gaining considerable experience in business crisis law, working closely with the Court of Monza, and in auditing.

Other activities

I collaborated in the drafting of articles of economic and bankruptcy nature in magazines and online portals of the sector.
Passionate about fitness and sports, I participated in the 11th NBFI (Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Italy) 2019 National Championship.

Education

Degree in Business Economics, specialization in Administration, Control, and Profession, University of Eastern Piedmont Amedeo Avogadro of Novara (2018).
Chartered Accountant at the Order of Milan and External Auditor.
